Using the standard cruise control, when I step on the throttle to pass, the usual "Driver Override" message pops up, and acceleration occurs normally, no problem. However, when I let off the throttle, the pedal rebounds, but there is a roughly two second delay before the throttle actually lets off, and the vehicle starts decelerating back to the set speed.
Is this delay normal operation? It seems strange that even though I let off the pedal, the throttle stays open.
