I dealt with Leon Travis. Ordered my JLUR '20 yesterday.

Dealt with Patrick and he was fantastic. I ended up going the custom route but I highly recommend Patrick as everything was straight forward and very responsive. Order went in yesterday as well for a 2020 JLUR.

I think I emailed Patrick but the email itself was answered by a few people, so they might redirect you to be more efficient. Regardless of who you get in contact with, Criswell is super respnsive via email.
