It’s ridiculous and pisses me off, we waited 3 months to finally receive the Jeep and we’ve only had it 4 months and this BS happens? They need to do something about these windshields cause this should not happen, I mean 21 pages of windshield problems? Suck it up @JeepCares and fix this BS!!!

Middle crack from going to snow cause their was no chip on it. And huge crack is from a big chip on freeway

Curious, what do you expect to accomplish with your posts here and or communicating with @JeepCares ?
Rather then be in a pissy fit and getting yourself all in an uproar, I suggest you just get your windshield replaced and enjoy your JL.
Reality is, you will play hell trying to get FCA to agree it was a problem with the glass that caused it to break. You can try.... FCA may even throw you a bone so to speak and pay for the repair.
Reality is it is easier / more expedient to just file a claim with your insurance and get it fixed.

Obviously I’m not the only one having their windshield crack because you turn in the defrost, have you looked at the 22 pages of the Cracked Windshield problems? And why should I pay for something that they screwed up?? I’m going to speak my mind and if you don’t like what I say then please don’t read my post, I’m speaking out on what is right, turning your defrost on SHOULD NOT CRACK YOUR WINDSHIELD PERIOD!!!
