Have you found a resolution with FCA on this?

Took the JL in last week for the clutch recall, apparently passed their checks, and they asked me about the windshield. The gentleman said they see it all the time and I must have been over miles or date since I didn't fix it. Yup, at the time I was over the 12 months.
