Has anyone found a nice set of Convex Mirrors that eliminate the drivers side blind spot??? I have tried a small 2" in the top left corner but the mirror outside housing hinders the rear view...I have also tried a 3" rectangle one along the bottom and its somewhat better...Just looking for something you can really see something in...ANY IDEAS??? THANK YOU,

I got some cheap
K-Source Wedge Spot Mirror, 1 1/2 Inch x 2 1/4 Inch
From advanced Auto for like $3.
Took a day or 2, but now I love them, really helped.

I put them in the lower outside corner.

My girlfriend’s RAV4 has blind spot mirrors built into her side mirrors. I think they are great and also looking to add them to my vehicle.

Tractor Supply Company or TSC.
About two bucks and some change. Works well so far.
Those look pretty good. I'll see if they're still in stock.

Bumping this thread to see if anyone has some they like that make backing into a parking space easier (still not quite used to the backup camera perspective).

As my wife would say… it’s called your neck. Turn it and look :) btw she’s a Dr. of Physical Therapy. I love when she says this to people. She was walking through a parking lot and a lady almost ran my wife over. The lady rolled her window down and goes I didn’t see you in my camera I’m sorry… wife’s reply was I guess you neck doesn’t work. Here’s my business card I can help you learn how to use your neck and eyes again instead of your camera.:LOL::clap:

Checkout a company called Suma Performance. They sell whole convex replacement mirrors. I installed some on my wife’s FJ and they did a great job of reducing blind spots. They also offer blue tint mirrors to reduce headlight glare.

This is actually one of the major reasons I removed my Tailgate. I'm not really a fan of backup cameras, and the tailgate is too massive and totally blocks your field of vision.

As for the side mirrors, I only use the drivers side to see behind me. I was always taught not to trust/use the mirrors. I always turn my head and look before I change lanes. The Wrangler JL/U has massive windows, if you look back, there is no blind spot.
