Once again I am reminded that our Jeeps have an adaptive computer system.
Yesterday I took a run up to a local lake in the mountains which consists of tight rocky trails and a steep rutted section that requires 4Lo. After that little run the throttle is so much more sensitive and feels so much more snappy.
Sooo, if your Jeep has been feeling sluggish lately remember, if you drive it easy it will get lazy and drive to your pattern. The reboot can be achieved in 1 of 3 ways:
1- remove the positive battery cable for 5 minutes
2- take it out on the highway and stop on it a few times and give a good run
3- put it in 4Lo and run a nice little trail for a 1/2 hour where you Need to get the revs up
