These issues seem to be common on JL's. Any others to watch for?

1. Paint bubbling
2. Fragile Windshields
3. Mysterious slow loss of coolant - 2.0LT
4. Fragile Sunvisors
5. Loose fuses from factory
6. Overinflated tires from factory
7. Premature primary/secondary battery failure
Don't think anyone has mentioned the "Black Hole" between the front seats and the arm rest. I think it leads to some alternate universe. We've lost count of the missing items (screws, bolts, wife's ear rings, french fries etc.)

You’re gonna have to expand your sample size. They’ve always been prone to breakage.
What would be interesting is actual stats on windshield breakage by vehicle model.

Loose pump bolts is a thing. But so is mysterious coolant loss.

I have a 6 wk old Rubi with 2000 mi and I’ve watched the fluid slowly disappear. I check it religiously. Adding coolant now, and I’m fairly mechanical (I keep that ā€˜51 in my avatar running strong) and I can’t find any signs of coolant leak in the JLUR.
The new coolants they are using now will evaporate just enough so you may have to add a little probably every 3rd oil change , I’ve been doing it on my last 4 since my 2016 JK , 2 JLRs , and my JT gladiator, my dealer said it is common.

But it’s a sealed system. So it shouldn’t evaporate to anywhere.

My dealer pressure tested my coolant system to 25 psi (or so they said) and said that is way more than the average system will ever see. It pressure checked good.

If something can evaporate, a pressure check should identify a point where something can escape.

Definitely a mystery!

To diverge from #2 ... Horrible dead bug visibility issue, lol

In my old TJ, I used to just keep a razor blade handy to "clean" what the wiper & fluid couldn't get rid of.
