Thx.I have not been out that way in the winter so can't say for sure. Westin Pass (just south of Mosquito) is a pretty ride and easy. Couple of offshoot trails that will flex you out/off camber, but nothnig too crazy.
Tincup does not appear to be open fully based on Trails Offroad reviews. They also state that Mosquito is seasonal closure still. Not surprising as it is higher elevation than Tincup. Same with Westin. If going along I'd not attempt anything besides Westin since it is a pretty easy trail.
