Normal. Let the vehicle sit for up to 24 hours. After a battery replacement, the vehicle needs time to re-learn its features and some things may not work 100% until this is done.Just replaced my main battery and my climate controls no longer manually adjust (arrow up or down) any ideas?
Aux battery should be replaced at the same time as the main. A bad /dying/old aux battery can have a negative affect on the main, even if the main battery is new. You can also consider bypassing the aux battery.Do I need to replace my axillary battery also.

PRO TIP: Before replacing the AUX battery, make sure your JL has one.Just replaced my main battery and my climate controls no longer manually adjust (arrow up or down) any ideas? Do I need to replace my axillary battery also.

Thanks, letting it sit overnight took care of the problem. Guess I will be pulling it back out and replacing the auxiliary battery as well. This right here.
You have the option of bypassing the aux battery as well:Guess I will be pulling it back out and replacing the auxiliary battery as well.
I did this and a month later-everything still works perfectly! The standard main starter battery without a tow package is something like 650 CCA and the Aux is 200 CCA-so a Diehard AGM battery is rated at 850 CCA-which covers all the bases if you still want the stop/start system to work and better yet if you eliminate the stop/Start with this $39.00 plug in.You have the option of bypassing the aux battery as well:

I would not install the Citreal Autostop Eliminator you installed, even if you gave one to me for free.. No way...I did this and a month later-everything still works perfectly! I have been using this for a month or so and it works perfectly. There is a space to put the unit behind the A/C panel if you take the time to look for it. This is so easy to install that it takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish. A great add on for $39.00That's the first ESS defeat harness I've seen that uses the HVAC panel in lieu of a connection in the driver's side footwell. Hopefully the Amazon harness doesn't require too much finagling to stow the wiring, as the review suggests it does (and which isn't an issue with the admittedly more expensive under-dash harnesses.)
