Thank you for that link. Definitely the same noise that I have. I got my in November and can't say I had my windows down a lot when driving and if I had my music up the noise couldn't be heard. I do know I started hearing it around 6k miles. That was also in the spring time and when my windows were actually rolled down. It's possible the noise has been there longer, but I can't say I realized it till about 6k. I agree with you on plan yellowMine has not changed in sound or frequency of the clicks since day one. I changed dealerships to get a second opinion. If that fails then ill go to plan yellow after the 3rd failed attempt at the repair. What concerns me is if its a metal to metal contact that will cause a failure, or premature wear on a part. I do know is that its repeatable and many Jeeps here local from sports to Rubicons have the exact same click sound. FYI mines done it since day 1 and @10800 miles sounds the same as it did with 5 miles on the OD.
My ball joints were torqued down at the dealer i visually saw this and chatted with the tech as he went through my Jeeps frontend. The tech did find some loose parts in my front end and adjusted them accordingly. It did not cure the clicking like it did for some here. It also didnt help with the wandering and play in the steering hence the reason i took it to dealer #2. Its always good to get a second opinion. It also seems to be on Lifted and non lifted Jeeps as well. The quest for knowledge continues.
below is a link to the post with the sound.

(if I understand you correctly). I've already had an instance I tried that and Chrysler played their game and did it well. If this ends up getting into that category again, I'll be sure to play their game better this timeSponsored
