Choosing between brands! Which ones make rust-proof parts?

Has anybody had any experience with redrock4x4 products as far as their bumpers/sidesteps etc. I’m looking to purchase things and I’m just worried about rust I live in NyC and I’m hearing things about where u live matters because of the salt water and air quality I just need some feedback on choosing a product that won’t rust on me.

The metalcloak gold zinc has never rusted on me on anything I've run of their's.

Metalcloak coats all their products in gold zinc. Theoretically you could coat your own parts in it but I don't know it would hold up the same.

This was one of the reasons I went with aluminum sliders

Nothing is rust proof. If you scratch away any coating itll end up rusting once the bare metal is exposed.
