I saw a YouTube short of a red 2 door JL lookin jeep that had quad steering. It only had 5 slots. Probably AI but it was cool.

They’ll be here at some point. And probably at a significant discount

Maybe one day China will lose the "cheap piece of junk" stigma of "Made in China", just like Japan turned "Made in Japan" into a good thing, but not yet for me. Anything made in China from a Chinese-owned company is still "cheap junk" to me, often being a copy of something they stole from someone else but using inferior materials and components. Many things "Made in China" for US companies are also cheap junk. Not that the USA is perfect but at least when it is "Made in America" it is our own junk, made by Americans.

Credit to @Dan Grec for the article.

I’d take that truck in a 2 door extra cab with a shortened wheel base. Not in place of a Jeep but I’d wheel it. Problem is we’re all spoiled with a million aftermarket options available for a Jeep.

I used to think this as well but a good friend of mine who’s company made precision sensors for manufacturing machines convinced me that the Chinese have surpassed the US and Germany in terms of manufacturing precision, thanks in part to Apple and Tesla who spent billions training them.

Looks like the whole thing is AI generated. Someone said to the bot to make a modern looking FJ based on the 60's designs and a current Wrangler/Defender/Bronco
