The code on the check engine light are MAP. The MAP sensor was changed twice.
The symptoms are:
Low gas mileage
Loss of power
Rough idle
High gas use at idle
Can’t hold speed
Slow throttle response
Has anyone experienced this?

Your symptoms would indicate an actual intake manifold leak & a large one. Could be an intake manifold gasket or anything connected to the intake manifold. Was the intake removed, say for a spark plug change? Could also be PCV related. You may or may not hear a hissing sound depending on where the leak could be. I would check the actual intake manifold pressure, should be 18 inches vacuum or more at idle. There should be a way to check the MAP sensor, see service manual. I'm assuming you have the 3.6, you should always specify.
