Check engine light and rear calipers

Several weeks ago the check engine light came on in my 2018 JLU,
I immediately took it to dealer where they told me its the exhaust cam actuator.
Was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
Also,ive been hearing a slight squeak when pulling into my garage and had that checked out.
Dealer said I have loose rear break caliper and it has to be replaced.
Anyone had this issue?

I don’t know what’s going on with the check engine light, but do they want to replace your entire caliper because of a loose bolt? Or did they mean they wanted to simply replace the bolts as per this TSB…
