A week ago my ESS went out and the check engine light came on. The dealer is doing what they call a 10 step process and haven't figured it out yet .They ordered a new BCM and are waiting for the techs they confer with to give them the ok to install it . Sounds like process of elimination . 4 months and 5000 miles is to early for these problems . Hopefully it's a small hiccup. Was enjoying it .

Hey Survivor1, I was wondering if you ever found out what the issue was? I am dealing with the same thing. I have a 2019 JLU, and it has been in the shop 3 times for the same thing w/ under $5k miles on it. Basically, I get the check engine light and then the secondary fan system will go on high because it thinks the engine is hot. I have had the intercooler pump replaced, and the wiring harness checked. This is getting ridiculous :(
