Charging Box Question/Issue

Hello! I have 24 Sahara 4xe. We camp a lot and utilize the charging box. I have read the instructions and watched a few tutorials from JEEP and I am using it in battery mode. The problem I am running into is about 20 minutes in, it just shuts off. Is this normal? I start by putting it on ACC mode and powering up the box. I then turn it ignition to off mode and all is good for about 15/20. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Have you tried the other two modes? There must be an easier cure for this, but if all else fails, try the door cable disconnect trick! Look for tip #4 in this video:
