charging box

Hello! I have 24 Sahara 4xe. We camp a lot and utilize the charging box. I have read the instructions and watched a few tutorials from JEEP and I am using it in battery mode. The problem I am running into is about 20 minutes in, it just shuts off. Is this normal? I start by putting it on ACC...
