I have some whip lights wired up and turn on when the jeep is on. I have the remote and installed the app. However when I see that the pair of lights have connected via Bluetooth (shows 1 device), I cannot change the color which is red by default at all, with the remote or app. The app is called CAR-LIGHT. Not sure what would be the issue if it is able to connect and also lights up at least. Any ideas?

Is it designed to have 2 lights connected at once? Maybe they’re fighting each other. Could try shutting off power to one of them.

Sadly it did not work. The paper I got with the lights for the app show 2 devices connected when it connects via Bluetooth. Why would my app only show 1 device? unless it is making it a pair?

I may have found the problem but only based on one video. . This person has a different set of whip lights but says that the controller chip inside the box that connects the lights to my jeep are stuck on one color and cannot be changed. My options might be to change out the chip, or change out the entire wire that connects the lights->box->jeep. If anyone has another suggestion or know the problem let me know.
