Can Bus modules 2018 Wrangler

About 2 weeks ago all my dash lights came on. I changed the batteries main and aux battery. I then had all codes related to the CAN BUS come back. So j disconnect battery and re connected and all lights off for a week. Last night went to start it I had all dash lights back on. I have the CAN BUS module on hand. This morning went to start to pull around back and check engine light was on. Replaced the green and white modules start it up and check engine light is still on. I ran it around the block and came home. The codes were U0121, u1110, u1120, u116c, u1110, u1120, u116c, u0121. C1252.92, u0002.00. We cleared all codes but the U110, u1120, u116c codes are permanently stored. I shut it off after not being able to clear and turned back on and check engine light is off.
What now? I have my 60k mile flush coming up on the 19th and he said he wanted to scan my vehicle and wo t charge me.

The codes left will go away after the engine cycles a couple times without the issue. As long as the cel isn’t on and you have no codes when doing a live read your good.
