Is It My Can Bus?

2019 JLUS Altitude, 3.6, Auto, 58k miles, MOPAR reman engine installed 8k miles ago.

Started it today and had service shifter message and couldn't shift out of Park. Turned engine off and restarted, was able to shift and pulled out of parking space. After about 100 feet got the ding and CEL. Using Taser pulled the codes. Had U0002-00 Can bus communication, U0129 Can bus and brake communication failure, U1141 ESP ABS and BCM communication failure, U0125 TCM ECM communication failure and U120C transfer case communication failure.

I cleared the codes and drove it home, about 25 miles, without any additional CEL. I haven't checked anything yet, but intend to check the Can bus connections and fuses. Any input or ideas as to what may caused this is appreciated!

Consider replacing the CANBUS block(s) behind the glove box door as a prophylactic measure. Possibly that will correct the issue. The good news is that the CEL codes plainly point in that direction.

I carry a pair of spare CANBUS blocks in the vehicle precisely because of threads like this one.

What are the part numbers for the two canbus blocks? I need to add these to my spares. Thanks

Thanks for the replies, pretty much confirmed my thoughts. Small battery has been disconnected with fuse 42 pulled for almost a year. The main battery is less than a year old.
