Having major issues like many, so replaced green left can bus, problem remains. As I wait for right white can bus connector to arrive, started going through grounds, connectors, wires etc.
Found this exposed wire with no can bus pin that is in the right side can bus harness. Would it have come from factory with this like this depending on options? Should I get a push pin and connect it?
Also, does it matter what sequence the pins are plugged in at?

I can't give you a specific location for them, but the blue pair in the left of the picture look as if they've been cut. Why and for what purpose, don't know. A wire schematic for that area may answer. Yes, they will have a specific home location. Missing any functions?

Also, curious about the loose bolt in the background, upper right in pic.

That’s how it looks to me as well. I had a stereo installed years ago and they obviously ran wires through there. Not sure if they pulled it off in the process or what? Have had can bus cel ever since that install. I did not find the “pin” anywhere.

as for the bolt, that’s just the bolt that secures the two can bus connectors to the bracket. I have it hanging while I wait for the new connector to come in.

After some digging and looking at my other jeeps, these were speaker wires that were cut, and new wires ran from the head unit (or pak10) to tie in to the speaker wires that run through the cab. Since, I have always had a CEL (lost comm with radio, and canbus connection code).
A few weeks ago the jeep started going through all the electrical frenzy others are having with the bad canbus block. I spliced those wires back into the orig harness connection (they do not plug into the canbus), and after a short drive, and 20+ starts and shutdowns, no codes, no cel, and jeep hasnt gone into the electrical spaz flipping through all the dash pages and lighting up like a Christmas tree! Fingers crossed!
