Mine took forever. Mine seems to be an extreme case.

Mine is worse, not even on a train 111 days in.

I have been praying for that, I sent some direct messages, jeepchat told me early june now, which inflamed me even more, as I will miss yet another long weekend. It does not show any progress but “weather delay” on the tracker for 2 weeks now. Which is odd as several Jeeps left by train for San Diego the same week. I am trying to buy one within a 100 miles that I believe some buyer flaked on. Tired of waiting! I should have reordered when I got stuck in swanton.

Just talked to my dealer and he was venting, then started looking at the lot and saw that my JL arrived yesterday even though the system says it is in Marion Ohio right now.

He about lost his mind since he has gotten no support from corporate about this over the last few weeks.

Just to update, I got mine yesterday. So far it is everything I hoped it would be and a very nice upgrade from my 2015 JKU Hard Rock.

Dealer Connect still says my Jeep is sitting in Marion, Ohio.... So I would suggest you guys keep in contact with your dealer/salesperson and have them physically check inventory.

My Jeep was in the line to be detailed and put out on the lot for sale until I got my salesman to go physically look. Because the system is not updating properly, the receiving guys didn't notice my window sticker said it was an order and had my name on it, so they thought it was dealer inventory and didn't communicate with the salesperson to contact me.

We don't know for sure, but I am assuming so based on the timeline and story changes from Jeep chat. Early last week they stopped giving me info and told me that my name was not on my VIN and they couldn't give me any info on the status. 4 days later the Jeep was on the lot (and the dealer showed me that the order still had my name on it in the system). Mine never went gate out and as of last night it was in my driveway while the system says it is still KZ S in Marion Ohio.

For this reason and all the delays I didn't feel compelled to tell them they gave me a free option on my Jeep.

Received email from Dealer 5/21 indicating it was unloaded in Winslow Arizona due to rail backup in LA. It arrived at dealer 5/22

Do they usually ship directly from the Toledo factory to your house or do they ship to the dealership I've ordered with first and then the dealer ships it to you? How does this usually work? A dealer from Chicago quoted $1,650 for delivery to Los Angeles. That's almost 4% of the invoice price. Wondering if there are better options for shipping...

you can't get it delivered directly from the factory. it's got to go to a dealership first.
