Build Sheet in New Wrangler 4XE Question

I just purchased a new 2024 Wrangler 4XE Willys.
In the glove box was this sheet that had the word rebuild on it.
Does anyone know what this sheet is?

Interesting, does the VIN match yours? Dated right before your build date?

Wonder if it failed quality for something on the line and they pulled it out for corrections.

Likely a secondary build or check/inspection sheet. Doesn't appear to be a full build sheet. The vehicle likely failed an initial inspection at the factory and was held back for secondary checks of the items on those pages.
