Brighter reverse backup replacement LEDs

I have a JLUR with the LED package. What are the current lumens on the backup / reverse LEDs? Does anyone make a replacement backup / reverse LED bulb that is brighter than the factory LEDs? I've seen the upgrades from halogen to LED solutions that are brighter than both the factory halogen and factory LEDs, but they don't work on existing factory LED setups. Has anyone ordered 3rd party replacement backup / reverse LEDs and found they are brighter? I've seen the cube LED ad ons, but I'd rather just replace the existing LEDs, and I'm sure others would as well. I'm tempted to spend the $15 for a pair and just test it out, but I'm hoping someone has already did the test.
