Block Heater Question

Hi there, new to the group. I tried searching for this but was unable to find anything. I have a 2018 JLU Rubicon. I was looking to see if it has a block heater and it appears to have the cord but no plug. So I'm wondering if it has a block heater but needs the final cord length and plug installed. I'll attach a picture to help show this. As you can see, there is a cord with four wires...but not sure what it is. Since this is where the block heater cord is supposed to be, I'm thinking this is it. Thanks all!

That 4-cord bundle is the wiring for the Aux switches.
