Anyone know how or have a link to replace what I assume is the driver side version? I'm getting the dash noises non stop, but pulled down the glove box and do not see the louver or blend door moving on that side, so believe it's the other side. Can't find any info or videos on that one. TIA!

i used one from JK. it works.
However, I think the resistance is slight different. So when I scan the code, it says fault on the blend door actuator.

I had the same problem on my 2018 JL and just replaced the actuator (OEM); however, my display only list Hi and Lo, nothing in between. Does it need to be calibrated? Others mentioned they just pulled the old one and replaced it. Could it be the Uconnect itself since my display changed and I no longer have the off-road pages?

Update: After getting some advise from Gregj in another post, I rebooted Uconnect and the temperature adjustment was re-established. The Off-road Pages also came back after driving down the road a few miles. Thanks everyone for your help on the overall actuator repair!

I could hear mine making that sound today. Its a 2022 JLU Rubicon.
It was coming from under the steering wheel....but ours is on the Right Hand Side here in India.
So if what Im reading there are 2 actuators? Or just one?

I am not getting the clicking, but my AC is only blowing cold out of the drivers side. Passenger side is blowing hot. Google is pointing me at the actuator. Any thoughts?
