They're both great colors and i've owned both colors...and oddly enough go back and forth.

Black is still my favorite but is HOT and hard to keep clean (if you're into that sort of thing -I am)

White looks sharp and is easy to keep looking nice.

Flip a coin?
I chose a white sport and am very happy i did because all of the interior is mostly black. I have Tan seats but even the seat backs and bottom is black. so white helps break up all the black. Now i just need to figure out what to do about getting me further from the ground!

WHITE!!

White if you don't want to see swirl marks, rock chips, and scratches.
Knowing all this I still bought a black BMW.

Why not get a real color? It's a Wrangler, not a Jetta. If that's what you're into though, I'd go with white. Contrast between the top and body is a big part of the appeal to me.

White and Black both show dirt. As for what color to choose, I agree with the age-old saying "Once you go black, you never no back". :cwl:

Depends on your build in my opinion. Since you mentioned you are getting a Sahara, if you are planning to go color top and everything....it would be too much white for my tastes. However, if you decide to go Rubi or Sport, I would get white with black top and fenders. All that said, when I ordered mine, i was going back and forth between Red and Granite. I went Granite, but Red with Black top and fenders is awful nice too! Just sayin'.

I went with a Fire Cracker Red Rubicon with black top and painted fenders, while it was in the shipping phase I realized should have ordered white. Now I will be obligated to washing and cleaning more often and having to be very cautious while washing the darker color paint.

I knew better also, but I let form over function choose my color when ordering, the functional chose would have been white or a lighter color.
