Black or White JLU?

Hi everyone,
Im about to purchase all new Wrangler JLU Sahara from the dealer as soon as its launched of of this month (July 2018), so...
Im in a dilema to which colour to go for from either Black or the Bright White.?

What do you guys think?
Would appreciate your own experiences on these 2 colours.

I will say that the grill had to be repainted as it started to yellow around the edges, dealer did an excellent job fixing it (all under warranty). Other then that I am pleased with my color choice.

To each his own, I'd personally go white because it soaks up less heat. In terms of looks, both can be made to look awesome with the right wheels.

Black shows a lot more dirt, surprisingly. I still love black, but I was surprised by how much cleaner my white Rubicon looks than my black Grand Cherokee did from day to day.

At the end of the day, it is a Jeep, and you will love any color. I always hated white vehicles until the moment I saw mine.

Colours are definitely personal choices. I was down to the same choice as you, Black or White. In the end I chose black for one main reason.

Unlike most cars the interior trim in a Jeep does not cover every bit of paint. So if you choose white, red, yellow, whatever, you see that colour in the interior as well. I bought a Sahara with the black leather trim and with black its like the paint disappears. It blends in well and just looks like it is all meant to be.

Now with Black it seem like my Jeep is always dirty. always.

White!

They're both great colors and i've owned both colors...and oddly enough go back and forth.

Black is still my favorite but is HOT and hard to keep clean (if you're into that sort of thing -I am)

White looks sharp and is easy to keep looking nice.

I’m in Florida and will never own another black vehicle. (My 08 JK was Black and Tan) for 2 reasons.

1. As mentioned, It’s too hot for warm climates.

2. Looks great when clean, for all of 15 minutes until, dust, dirt and in my case pollen make it look like crap again.

Black looks awesome, after a detailing but has too many negatives in a hot climate. Unless you have someone to wash the car daily and the Jeep is garaged during the day I’d go with the white. Also, a white car at night always looks great.
