2024 wrangler rubicon w/AEV 2.5 dualsport lift
the stock shocks are F 17.2 compressed and 23.5 extended front
and 17.74 compressed and 26.2 extended rear and the 8100's are close compressed but the extend length is 27" front and 29.5 rear so that might cause some issues when offroad with the coils coming loose. you would have to fully flex it out to see. with too much droop with out longer sway bar links can sometimes cause and issue.

I have the 2.5 fox shocks in 2-3” and don’t have an issue, the front/rear coils stay seated at full droop. I did get longer front and rear sway bar links. The rear stock links would contact the shock body.

Also made adjustments to the brake lines/ rerouted the emergency brakes. Easy to do.

Are the links you using bent differently for clearance?

No I found some rear adjustable synergy off Facebook. The front I have apex I think also off facebook but you can probably just move the rear links to the front and just get rear ones.

I had the front ones on the self is the only reason I didn’t do the move. .

What about your wheels? I heard the stock wheels with backspacing bigger than 4.5” is going to cause rubbing with the shocks. Not sure whether the OEM Rubicon XR-Beadlock wheels are any better (I think they are closer to 4.67” backspacing) but that could still be problematic.

Zero issues with the stock XR wheels. Well my reservoir attaches differently in the front. Maybe the piggyback style has issues.

I just installed these on my Xtreme 35 option Jeep though I am running additional 1.5in of spring spacers front and rear extended Mopar 2in lift front and rear sway bar links and removed the rear 1in stock bump stop extension and added the mopar 2in lift rear bump stop extension for correct bump stops for 37"s.

I just added the Bilstein 5160's on my 2024 Jeep Rubicon X 4Xe with 35" Nitto Grapplers and the ride and fit are perfect. The 5160's account for the extra weight of the hybrid battery and if lifted me right at 3"

Are you claiming the 5160's lifted the Jeep 3 inches?

I have not heard this before, i did get a reply Suspension Lift (link above)they said they would work, kind of. Below was there exact reply:
”will work for the Rubicon but you can use even shocks for 1-1,5'' lifted suspension”

So the response did not give me the confidence I would rely on alone. Still looking into it.

Yes - I saw the vid in another post, which is what got me thinking on these Bilsteins to begin with. Thanks for taking the time to put that together
