My fender opening is to big now. They free up so much space that my 37s look small! Might be time for some 4Ds but I told myself if I got to that point we’d just build a buggy and leave the JL for the fun to moderate trails! Now I don’t know what to do! Pulling a puck out in the front and going to see how much room it has then!

American Adventure Labs is an incredible company doing awesome stuff. Their customer service is second to none and they are continually coming out with new stuff. I’m hoping my inner fender liners will ship towards the end of next week and I’ll get those installed. They are working on the rears after seeing how popular the fronts are! When you order, be sure to get the extra retention hardware! Makes them strong as can be and finishes the look. The two white clips remaining will he removed when the inner liners come.

Rivnut tool is recommended though

I'm running 38s and it seems to be the sweet spot with the AAL kit, in my opinion, without all the additional mods necessary to run 40s.

That does look great! Patagonia’s?

Definitely go 40s!

That does look awesome too! What additional mods have you done to wheel with those? All I can think of is the meme with a skinny guy with a big gal on his shoulders with the caption saying stock axles running 40s

Hahaha. You know what’s up! I talked to them at length on Thursday about the linex. We went glass Black powdercoat because I worried about keeping the linex clean. They have that covered with the new product and you did good with ordering now due to the price increase with the new process.

40s look good but I’d rather spend that money on something I don’t mind taking on the 40” tire trails! I have to much invested in this to go down that road because I like to send it!

so has the warning light with factory led's been resolved without the use of a tazer?
Yes. At least for me it worked. Just make sure the tazer is up to date. EDIT: Sorry to early and didn't read the without part. Not without the Tazer that I know of. I know they're working on it from what I've heard.

I believe you still need the Tazer, but would recommend reaching out directly to AAL. They have been quite helpful and are very responsive.

This is one of the biggest bonuses with American Adventure Lab.... go to their website, under the Contact tab at the top, their phone number is listed. Give them a ring, and..... wait for it.......

........an actual person picks up on the other end!!! No automated BS to sort through, a real live person answers and will assist you with ANY problem you are having or answer ANY questions you have.

But..... don't take my word for it, give it a try and call them.

I have a tazer updated around Easter. When I start the Jeep I get a light out picture on the dash and then it goes away after a couple seconds. The flash on the dash is fast but the lights are perfect. I thought it would be a bigger annoyance than it is so to us it’s a non issue. I’ll update the tazer and see if that fixes it but I don’t even think about it.

AAL is working on a work around and when they release it, it’ll be perfect
