For my off-road use, beach etc, 33’s will be fine. And I can keep my Willys gears ….for now.

Did a search on discount tire. The seem to have a lot of sizes listed with specs.
I got all too excited.. when its time to replace my raptor spec 37s, KO3s are going to be there to save the day. A minor bump in weight 64 to 66 - that should be ok

I love KO2's but NOT a fan of the 37" C rated 'Raptor' version. I installed a set of these on my '20 JLR mounted on Mopar 17x8.5 wheels and had discount switch them to 37" D's after just a couple days...The C's had tread that was a good 5/8" narrower than my 315 (35's) KO2's and did not handle as well. The 37 D KO2's fixed all that and I love them! Tread noticeably wider on the 37D vs 37C and my JLR once again felt properly 'planted'.

Looking forward to seeing how the KO3's do in both 35's (stock on my upcoming JLRX) and also the 37's. However I am telling myself the 35's are all I need on a 2-door... ?

The Xtreme 35 package has KO3s? Woah.

Yeah, we're aware that the tread is about half an inch narrower on their 37s. I was hoping that the other improvements would mitigate that.

No, the Xtreme 35 package still has KO2's...Expect their will be a running production change to KO3's as supply necessitates. I just meant that I look forward to the upcoming KO3's and hoping the new 37 KO3 C's (if they address the tread width issue on 37 C vs 37 D) don't tempt me too much, want to stay satisfied with 35's... ?

@Discount Tire has spec'd the KO3 37s to be half an inch narrower than comparable KO2s. I doubt that'll change anytime soon.

Edit: My bad, They were talking about 33s, not 37s. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/bf-goodrich-ko2-vs-ko3.121104/post-2597426

I looked at the spec and didn't see the tread width, saw the section width listed as the same and was hoping with the added weight they widened the tread on the 37C. That said the 37D does have the wider tread (at least on the KO2) and I have been super happy with the 37 D's on my '20 JLR. I run them at 30psi cold on 17x8.5 Mopar wheels, handle great, ride is good and they are wearing very well with 5000 mile tire rotations!

KO3s are on @Discount Tire's site now and should be purchasable sometime this month. 37s seem to only be available as a C2. 66 pounds each and $2,275 for a set of 5.
