I used the mopar mount, worked great with the mopar steel bumper and a Warn evo winch

I've been using JCR Offroad's winch mount. Had one on my 2019 and another on my 2024.

lots of good choices...i really like my Maximus3 set up. super easy to install and made in the USA. Maximus gives a forum discount but you have to call to place your order to get it.

Why is the mopar one so much more expensive? Factory pricing? I was thinking warn because they have been making these things for so long and not just creating a plate to mount it to, figured they had some engineering involved based on up to 12k rating.

I had a bumper I won’t name on a 1 ton that failed and twisted from winch pressure it was said to be rated to handle. I plan to use this and don’t want the same, I feel like I’m overthinking this.

Why not name it? Even if it’s an uncommon failure, it’s not helping anyone make an informed decision by keeping it a secret.

Fair enough. Chassis unlimited On a ram 3500 with a warn 12s evo. Bent the plate and cracked a weld on one of the support gussets. I was pretty loaded on the winch getting someone out and I’d like to blame the angle but it wasn’t pushing too hard on the fairhead. It was repaired and touched up but the plate was deformed a bit. See attached truck.

Now the winch mounting on my prospector XL ram is about as bullet proof as one can get.

Just installed the Grimm on my 2026. It was so easy. I like that it's one piece vice multi-piece.

I picked up a warn mount. Waiting for a few other things to show up then plan to mount it.

Maximus-3 has not let me down for going on 6 years or more. I also added the tow loops to their plate as seen in my profile pic.
