Outback Adventure Products, creator of the Trailgater Table, provides zero customer service after sale. You aren't even important enough to respond to. I love the product, but I recently needed to move my table from one JL to another and Outback Adventure Products would not respond to multiple emails and phone calls asking to buy new clips. I emphasized that I was happy to pay, but crickets.Any luck yet?
So if you like terrible customer service, go ahead and buy one. I was eventually rescued by members of this forum who could direct me to a vendor that still has some of the (custom) clips in stock. Otherwise I would have had a very pretty, but useless, table.
A shame. I cannot understand vendors who ghost on customers after a sale.
