Yeah I usually air down to 15-20psi and I actually went back to all seasons for the winter, the 35s had dry rot. The travel kit is limited by shock. I have the stock springs, but I believe the kit came with sway bar links, shocks, and a couple of other small things. I don’t think they’re adjustable, but I’ll check Zone’s website again.
Why do you think travel is limited by the shock?
Do you have stock springs or the springs from the lift kit?

Disconnecting the sway bar can be as cheap as a pair of wrenches and a zip tie.

I’m assuming it’s the shocks, but I could be wrong. I have the springs from the lift kit on. I feel like the shocks are too stiff. When I corner, the Jeep has hardly any lean or body roll. When I go over speed bumps, I can feel the whole car go up and down with the bump, instead of absorbing it. It was the same with the 35s and the all seasons that I have on now.

OP, beach running shouldn’t require disconnecting the sway bars as you shouldn’t be putting the suspension at full articulation like in slower speed rock crawling. I’d suggest some Bilstein 1500’s sized to your 3” lift height to firm up the ride at speed over the sand. They will also perform well on road. I particularly love beach running 👊🏼🍻

I have Bilstein 5100's and like them. I wish the 4600's were available for the JLU (they're a little softer), but the 5100's do a great job on the road and on the beach, just make sure you pick the ones sized for a 3 inch lift. If you spend time on the beach like I do, the finish on the Bilsteins hold up well to salt and sand. I used to run Ranchos...good bang for the buck, but they looked like crap after a season or two on the beach.

Your bump stops may be setup incorrectly as well. Jeeps don't have a lot of up travel to begin with. You don't want your axle or steering crushing anything mounted above. The suspensions are designed to droop and articulate. It sounds like you already have enough lift. Have your bump stops checked by a qualified shop. They may be a little tall.
