Best Option-Full LED Upgrade

Have a '23 Wrangler Sahara and did not opt for the LED lighting package--wish I had not skimped on this front as the weak halogen lights are just not cutting it. (Other cars I typically drive include Tesla and Audi SQ5)--its like I am driving in the dark in my Wrangler! Want to do a full swap out-headlights and foglights (driving lights/signals?)--not sure what all I need to make it work right. I've read some threads here, but wondering if anyone else would care to share some advice/experience? Thanks!!
