I did this on a truck many years ago, but could never get the sticky adhesive off. Any success with getting that stuff off?

I got every bit of adhesive off. But it's been 3+ years, and the rectangles are still clearly visible. Not a "problem," but interesting.

Some outfit came up with color matching stickers to cover the OE warning labels on GM trucks. It's been a while. But the GM-Truck forum members were gobbling them up.

Hairdryer on low, started it with a fingernail and went verrrrrrrrrry slowly. Go too warm or too fast and I felt like the visor material was stretching.

Hope you have purchased sun visor clips to beef up the sun visors with... That added weight is even more reason for the visor bracket to break..

Red T handle Hard top bolts avail on Amazon. I bought a set with the d rings even though I have a soft top. I use the bolts and rings to provide extra gear attachment points, no drilling required. Here is a pic where I attached my messenger bag in the dead space above the wheel well.

And Walmart had a high volume air pump on clearance so I got it. We'll see how well it works.
For safety I put hard stuff where it can't fly around. The pump, jumper cables, and the hard bits from my recovery kit are in the back tub (I don't have the subwoofer).

Running Topless requires a hat to keep the sun off your face plus my smokin' hot wife has blonde hair that whips around. So here is our hat collection. They stay in the Jeep mostly full time.

I supposed my VERY FIRST MOD - was the black jeep hat that was a birthday give from my first born.

BEST DIY MOD: a little blue cooler that perfectly wedges between the seats and sits on top of the center console armrest. There are lots of mini 6 pack coolers that are 9" wide and about 6" deep. They wedge nicely and still leave room for your elbow to rest while you are driving.

- sunglasses holder for roll bar. I attached this to the area by the driver's head. Can hold random small stuff. Doesn't blow off or blow open when driving on the freeway with the top open.

- Rear cargo mat works with the rear set in or out, tumbled or normal.

Mirrors so you can see to drive doorless - these work well. There is a permanent attachment bit you bolt to the front cowl, and the actual mirrors go on/off as needed. I store them in the previously mentioned little 9" blue cooler along with a pair of rain jackets.
