Battery Blanket Upgrade Too?

What do we do with the OEM battery blanket when we upgrade from H6 to H7? Is it best to try and force-fit onto the H7 OR get a better one?

Battery blankets are only necessary for long term temperature extremes. Ohio gets neither hot nor cold enough to bother with a battery blanket.

When I changed my battery I put the cover back on, I think it gives it a cleaner look.

I showed my new battery love by putting the blanket on it. It responded by locking the screen up costing me $110 to get the security code…. Maybe I should rip it off ?

Throw the pieces at the battery.
