So we ordered our JLU Sport with the base radio. What a nightmare that is.

Issues
Poor channel memory labeling
Horrid font/file system that cant display many characters. Cant even display Metallica completely so if u used a usb stick good luck finding an album u want.
Lack of settings adjustments

I thought it would at least be as good as the base radio in my challenger...i was incorrect.

Anybody have any tops to fix these issues

So what is the base radio ? mine is Uconnect 4 and I consider it pretty basic as it’s not the upgraded alpine system and it seems to work and sound pretty good.

Mine works just fine, whether I'm using either USB port, Bluetooth or OTA radio. I can shuffle, repeat, and browse by artist, genre, album, etc. Settings are easy and straightforward - if you select the "Settings" button on the display.

Keep in mind that any information displayed regarding your recorded music playback depends on the metadata associated with said music. If it ain't on your stick or other connected device, you ain't gonna see it.
