Bartact offers two different covers, tactical which can be two colors with stitching that I have seen a lot of, but also base line which have removed most of the seams as they say it improves repelling of water and are only offered in solid colors of black or graphite. For my front seats the tactical are $420 and the base line are $300. My question being does anyone have the base line version? My main reason for getting them is to repel water but I have to be honest that the one picture they have on the website looks pretty cheap.

Just checking to see if anyone has them before I contact them directly. I have also read somewhere that they advise against moving the seats forward to access the backseat? Any truth to this for 2 door people?

We have the all black base line one on our back seat to protect from our four legged critters. I am very happy with them and think they are very good quality. We didn't do the front because we bought leather to use it.

I'm not real familiar with Bartact, I took a look at them, they look pretty cool.

I'm gonna share my covers with ya, I know these aren't for everyone, but I use Cabel's trail gear seat covers, they are so inexpensive, far from perfect but they offer great protection. Around xmas they go on sale for $14.99 - reg price is $19.99. Loaded with pockets on the back side, I do lift the handle through the fabric but no problems moving the seat forward.

Best of luck friend.

Thanks, those look really good actually. Maybe not as good as the tactical but I am looking to survive the Florida heat and rain so might be ideal.

I have both the Tactical for the front and base for the rear. I wanted the tactical for the front so I could store stuff in front pockets and use bags on the rear molle. I didn't need that for the rear so I got the base. I found the fronts on FB Marketplace. in graphite. Looks good with my sting gray Jeep. I went with black for the rear. They are both great quality.

I had Baseline front and rear but the front ones came undone at the Velcro flap when I’d recline the seats. Otherwise they were fine.
After much back and forth with Bartact they finally replaced the front covers with the Tactical ones.
If you want to pay the shipping you can have these black Baseline front covers. It would only be the seat covers, I used the headrest and console covers.

I too am looking to get the bartact baseline for the front only just during the summer. My leather gets hot. Nice reading this thread and seeing the photos. I think the baseline will work for me. Not wanting to spend a grand.

Baseline are great. The tactical are awesome as well. You won't be disappointed.

If I had to do it again I wouldn't do the gray front covers. My dog drools and the gray always looks dirty. I would go black front and back if I ever replace the fronts.
