Has anyone else bought Bartact seat covers? I am going through hell with mine.

Love mine but I put them on front only, rarely have back seat up.

I bought the baseline for the front and liked them so well that I wanted to put them on the rear seats as well, but the baseline for the JLU wasn’t on their website. I emailed them and they replied stating that they offered them, but they were having issues with their web page and would have them up by weeks end. That week went by, but still no listing so I called and was told the same thing. Another week goes by and still nothing. I called again and asked if I could order over the phone, and was told to order the JKU covers online and he would change it while I was on the phone.
The order arrived, and they sent me another set of front covers. I called and told them what I had received and the sent out another shipment. This time I received rear covers, but they were for the JKU. Another phone call, another shipment, and I finally received the correct covers.
I was installing the covers and the one for the passenger side, back ripped in a seam. By this time, I’m on a first name basis with customer service. They shipped out a replacement, and guess what I got? A JKU cover. Another phone call, another replacement...
So, the replacement arrived yesterday and I went out this afternoon to install it, having happy thoughts that this was finally going to be over. The replacement ripped in the same exact place as the other one! I called again and told them what had happened. They put me on hold for several minutes and when the guy came back on the line, he told me that he had went and pulled one out of their stock and pulled on the seam where mine had ripped and that it tore apart also.
They are shipping me the upgraded seat back covers for passenger and drivers side so that they will match. I didn’t want the upgraded bottom covers. I will say that I absolutely love these covers, and I believe that they will last as long as my Jeep. Bartact’s customer service is phenomenal and they have been extremely apologetic for the whole ordeal.
I didn’t write this to bash on them or their products. As I said, they stand behind their products, and have went the extra mile to correct all of the errors. I guess it has all been an exercise in patience.
