Backup Camera and Lower Console latch

I have two repeat issues. The console lower latch has broken twice. Local dealer was able to repair in a matter of minutes. They ordered a new one, but it's a back order part. Two days ago, I noticed the lane guidance lines on the backup camera were missing. Dealer said they'd flash the computer when I bring it in for the console latch repair. I've noticed the guidance lines appear intermittent now. Sometimes they're there, other times not. Anyone else have these issues?

Mine broke yesterday. And I don't even hardly use it and I was really surprised. I'm not violent when it comes to opening it or shutting it, but I'm still confused why something made to be used quite often would be made so "fragile". Guess I'll take mine to the dealer next week I was going to try to fix it myself, but I'm afraid I'd just end up breaking it

There is a TSB for the latch - look up other threads on this one. Simple fix to do it yourself as you wait for backordered part. Had this happen to me a few months back.

Pretty sure there is a TSB on the backup camera as well, but I haven't had that exact issue.
