Axxess axac ch7 camera interface

Anyone have any experience with this camera interface? Very pricey, but you can find them significantly discounted. Tech sheet says NTSC-only, so limited to 480 resolution.

I think I might've installed one years ago in a Mega Cab Ram, and was not impressed with it. The customer brought all of the equipment to me so I had no refence of the cost. I don't remember the install being overly difficult so it might be worth it if you're handy. 480p looks terrible compared to the OEM rear camera.
