Only 35” tire you can safely clear on stock wheels (without wheel spacers) are the 35x11r18 Duratracs (285/75r18), but these are still 18” stock Sahara wheels, 35s won’t happen on stock 17” wheels. See it on mine below.

They look great.
You have a Rubicon though, they have 1.5” wider axles, I doubt 11.5 will clear the LCAs on Sahara/Sport. As mine at 11 just barely squeezing by.
Hate to admit it, but i didn't realize ruby axles were wider. Mine barely rub.

I run 35x12.5x17 KO2’s E Rated on stock 7.5 OE Rubicon “SNOWFLAKE” wheels. The Tech/Manager at the big name service shop (National company) told me since the wheel was smaller than spec (by 1/2”) they would do it. If the wheel was larger than spec they would not do it. I run the tires at 29-30 PSI and it drives / steers better than the 33”s.
