Tire questions (again)

Trying to decide between 2 wheels. Is 8" wide enough for 315's without issues (cupping etc) or would 9" be better? Also I realize the fenders dont really stop alot of spray but would +18mm offset with 1.62" overhang be a whole lot messier than +35 with .95"? One last question the rubicon is brand new does the bigger tires affect My warranty at all? Thanks

Also Tire rack says included hardware is 5 center caps 25 lug nuts and ONE 22mm to 21mm lug adapter, what it that?
