Anyone programmed blank key 2020jlus

I recently got jscan and get the led and speedometer correctly setup. Kind of like it, want to try make keys.
I have one key broken due to water damage, want to buy blank one from Amazon.
So which exact key I should order and is there anyone tried with success can share the link?
My jeep is 2020jl sport 4door

Jscan cant do that. You need PIN from jeep that is valid for I think 30min.
