Another P0441 code

So I occasionally get a P0441 engine code/check engine light pop up. I tried replacing the gas cap, still does it. It always seems to kick on when I'm parked overnight and it gets cold then warms up quickly in the morning. It doesn't run rough, everything seems normal other than the occasional light coming on with outside temperature changes. Any ideas where I should look further?

The factory wi-tech scan tool can perform a PCM small evap leak test. It will verify purge functionality, ESIM functionality, and verify if it actually has a leak that you can then peruse smoke testing.

p0441 is probably a failed purge solenoid. In rare cases I've seen the fuel tank pressure sensor be faulty and cause it to be thrown (PCM uses the FTP to monitor purge functionality).

There was also a PCM update for this DTC on the grand cherokees, it's possible it's also available for the JLs. Era was around 2020-2022 when were seeing it a bunch, so you're in that area.

Or just replace the purge solenoid and see what happens.
