Angry grill collage

Recently looking at Jeeps on Craigs I have noticed a lot of the angry grills, one with angry teeth and one of them looks like horns above the light bar.

Someone on here before said it’s in an effort to give it a “spartan” look. According to him, it’s in reference to the guys that run the tough mudders, and events like them. I’m not sure how turning your ride into a cartoon character makes it look like a spartan warrior, but to each their own.

Clearly the first one is angry because it can't breathe through the "grill" anymore. ?

...and that last one...putting "Gladiator" decals on a Wrangler.

The fourth one is kind of ironic since the hood says "sevenslotbattalion" yet they removed the seven slots with the angry bird grill. I also wonder why that guy bought a dual light bar mount and didn't add the 14.673 HP and extra ground clearance another big ass light bar would have given him?

I assume the reason you see so many of these for sale is that nobody is willing to buy them.

If you customize your rig into something very unusual, and it makes you happy, that's cool, that's what jeeps are for, but if you're thinking of selling it, it's probably a good idea to keep and reinstall the original parts so that the rig is desirable for a bigger number of people.

Swapping back to the original grille is a 10 minute job that would make every one of these jeeps more likely to sell, same with any other unusual custom mods that might turn off buyers.

Now that jeeps cost the same as houses did a decade ago, stuff like that matters a lot more if you want to sell.

there are plenty of people who would love to own these, they just dont have the credit to buy one lol.

I never understood the appeal. If you're interested in buying one of those Jeeps, ask if they still had the factory grill.
