Looks like you guys are having a blast, we used to head to Kermit Sand Hills, just outside of Odessa, Tx and slap some sand paddles on our CJs and get some serious air time.

As far as jumping being bad on the Jeeps, sand landings aren't too rough on them, much easier on parts than hard core rock crawling or rolling through feet of thick mud. Never had any issues on any of our Jeeps doing that, but YMMV
