2020 Sahara Unlimited. I just had a 2.5 rough country suspension lift, not spacer but full spring and shock lift, done and upgraded to 315/70/17 KO2. Going down the highway, it wanders, pulls left then right, constantly having to correct as driving on highway. Can someone please look at the alignment done and tell me if it needs better adjustment?

Just went through the same thing with my 21 jlu. I did front lower control arms that are made for up to 3inch lift. They aren't adjustable just longer than stock. I did front and rear adjustable track bars, to center the axles. It drives like it should now. Everything I did was done in my yard. Watched youtube videos.

Increase caster.
Check your tire pressure.

Flighty steering is usually low caster, high tire pressure. Or lots of loose parts.

I would highly recommend the Mopar 2in lift front lower control arms, they are pretty cheap and will at 1-1.5* of caster. That's at least where you need to start. I recommend them all the time on Jeeps that come into the shop with aftermarket lift and don't have enough caster.

Definitely do a chalk test, I ended up dropping tire pressure down to 28psi with the chalk test and it corrected everything.

Looks to me that your caster is too low. Needs to be about 6 to have the correct geometry. Only way you’ll achieve this is with adjustable lower control arms in the front. Rear isn’t critical with a 2.5” lift since caster is a non issue for a rear diff and pinion angle wouldn’t have changed enough to matter.
Several options out there for arms. I run JKS adjustable lowers; they’re definitely beefy.
Only catch is that if you don’t have a FAD on your front diff then with a 6 degree caster for correct geometry you’ll end up with a less than ideal pinion angle which may (probably will) result in front drive shaft vibration at road speeds. If you have FAD then no worries since the front shaft won’t be spinning unless you’re in 4wd and in that case aren’t at road speed. The factory castor/pinion angle on the front diff is set up for stock height.
