Air conditioning loud?

Just a random notice but when I turn my air conditioning on max, and when I am outside of the jeep, the motor sounds super loud!

Is this normal? That's on level 6 or 7 from the A/C but when I turn on like 2 or 3, the motor sounds fine.

Any thoughts?
